You need to have the artifacts equipped at the moment the quest processes (gives you the ARP) for it to work, not at the time you play. If you remove them before the quest completes, it's normal they don't get counted. Sorry.

No! Only 15 ARP was credited, the additional 20 ARP for the TSE set was NOT credited!
