Who tried the Battlefield 6 open beta last weekend?
I tried it and it was fun, but also it was kind of overly frantic paced and stressful.
But for reference I'm pretty old, the last Battlefields I played a lot of were BF1942 and BF2.

Pace really changed with BF3. But the experience can be quite different on bigger maps (less enemy density). For less pace & more tactics you need to look elsewhere: Insurgency: Sandstorm, Hell Let Loose, Arma 3, Arma Reforger, Squad, etc.

I enjoyed it. King of the Hill was my favorite mode. I'm old too and that mode had small enough maps with objectives that were simple to do and fast to complete.

Couldn't play it as I have Win10 and not using Secure Boot. Not changing by BIOS for new DICE either.

<mention>Dustin599</mention> I use Win10 and I was able to enable secure boot to play it. It was actually tricker than expected in my bios but I got it after looking up the process. And I can then disable secure boot when I want to boot

I had a lot of fun with it, I finished all of the challenges for it. The gunner position in the tank and helicopter in conquest mode was very fun to use. Headshots with any gun were pretty satisfying too. It ran well in balanced mode for me
