How come I can't earn any ARP from Twitch? I have it linked

Look for an alien ware icon on the right side of the stream window, if you click it, it should show if it's tracking or if you aren't properly connected. Not all streamers in the control panel list seem to have enabled the extension though.

if there is no icon, streamer hasn't enabled extension, so it wont track progress

I see the icon but "To start earning ARP, please make sure your Alienware Arena account is connected." In my account settings the twitch shows connected

Click on the extension icon in the stream window, in the popup click the cogwheel on the top right, then click Manage Access, and click Grant.

I usually have to refresh the Twitch page 4 or 5 times before it starts counting points. Then it will disconnect after a little while and I will have to refresh the page a bunch of times till it starts counting again.

I usually have to do this 2 or 3 times over the course of a couple hours to get the full 30 points with the Pn295 collapsed star artifact.

1) Are you logged in to Twitch? (Easy to overlook....) 2) Some streamers use the old app to count ARP. Scroll downwards in the stream screen and you will see it; when it's fully on-screen it will activate.
