Lost all my DRP too, had 106,670 points, last email shows it expires on 15/05/2027 but shows it was redeemed 27/05/2026 Not sure who to contact

Try the discord in the community tab up top to get an admin or mod who might have more info. Also........YOU HAD OVER A 1000 DELL DOLLARS!?

Also on Dells Reward page history, the update made the changes off by 100. During their auto attempt to redeem everything to unify the system you can tell with like $74.33 being redeemed and recredited as an earned +$0.75

Only way to talk is through a previous purchase. Told the program is changed June 1. Points expire 1 year now. So sorry all your points are gone even though they originally said they wouldn’t expire until May 15 2027.
