Also on Dells Reward page history, the update made the changes off by 100. During their auto attempt to redeem everything to unify the system you can tell with like $74.33 being redeemed and recredited as an earned +$0.75

Only way to talk is through a previous purchase. Told the program is changed June 1. Points expire 1 year now. So sorry all your points are gone even though they originally said they wouldn’t expire until May 15 2027.
