Just hello

ARP recovered from auction is counting as ARP earned this month, this month is my personal record of earnings due to that XD. Also the ARP was counted as used despite being recovered hahaha!.

ARP is counted as being used, because it was used. If you didn't get it, it retroactively gets refunded. You gained/lost nothing from it. This isn't that deep.

<mention>TurdFerguson87</mention> Well, you didn't really used you just blocked that ARP for the auction, there's no point in counting it as used and after that counting it again as earned, that's not what is happening, but this is a minor inconvenince.

They just implemented it that way because it's easy

<mention>cebolletagames</mention> No. ARP is used. It's used as it's held as a deposit for the auction. In fact, the ARP you spent is literally deducted from your total, if you actually noticed. You get it back if you didn't win. That's what's happening.

<mention>cebolletagames</mention> The Gained/Used labels are for accounting purposes. If you didn't "use" your bid, then there is also no point in counting what you "gained" back after you didn't win. This is not an "inconvenience". It's just what it is.

<mention>TurdFerguson87</mention> It's implemented that way, that's not how auctions work but either way, if it works I don't care.

<mention>cebolletagames</mention> No, that *is* how the auctions work. You deposit, AKA lose the ARP, by entering into the auction. If you do not win, you get a refund as a separate transaction. This is how it works with banks IRL. As I said, for accounting.

<mention>TurdFerguson87</mention> you dont lose your ARP when biding on user made auctions aka sweepstakes

<mention>mtgsleeveaddict</mention> We're NOT talking about user auctions. We're talking about the game vault auction. You actually lose your ARP as it is a deposit until the auction ends.
