Has anyone else had their Dell Cash removed without warning and their Dell Rewards History falsified since the Dell Rewards update in May/June 2026? I spent hours, days, weeks and months earning that Dell Cash through AWA tasks and events. Thinking of giving up AWA if I don't get my Dell Cash back as it seems pointless if Dell will just nuke everything at their will. ive got the fake point history and am not getting my rewards from here added anymore. weird scretchy shit and they keep changing the system so im cashing out on smaller products

The dell rewards history on the dell website or the earned history on the alienware arena website? You can check your rewards history and add it up manually and match it to your purchases yourself.

<mention>WHxx</mention> The Dell Rewards History on the Dell website is the one that's been tampered with. As far as I can see the Alienware Arena history has stayed the same, but unfortunately that doesn't help me when it's Dell who I had Dell Cash with.

And the primary reason I even do AWA so religiously was to get Dell Cash / Dell Rewards to put towards Alienware gear. So 3-4 years of doing AWA to save up Dell Cash has just been wiped out, completely wasting all the time I put into AWA.

It's a joke if at any moment Dell just decide to completely change the value of your hard earned rewards scheme and delete what you had saved without any notice. Anyone using AWA should be aware this can happen and has happened.

Are you sure that they did not expire? In the US they do... Regardless, if you read Dell's EULA you would see that Dell has all the power and you have none. They can change policies whenever they want and there is nothing you can do.
