The creators of the Ark will pay you 4000 dollars per month if you make a mod for their game

The question is when the Ark: Survival Evolved is going to be completed as the whole game and will it really happen. But, whatever the answer is, that project is already very profitable for its owners and since today it has become lucrative for the players also. The Studio Wildcard made an official initiative in which each month they`ll financially reward the authors of the 15 best modes of their choice.

The amount of the award is by no means small change - it's about four thousand American dollars for each of the 15 modders - individually. In other words, the Ark is so cost effective that its developer can allocate 60 thousand dollars per month just to encourage the community to create additional content for the game.

Studio Wildcard points out that the number of 15 award-winning modders monthly could increase in the near future, but for now they are quite sufficient. For the  modes selection that will reward is going to be in charge of one of the modders, Cederic Burkes, whose mode Primitive+ last year launched as official DLC package for Ark.

From the studio they`ve mention how the rules of fair and legal mod creation are valid regardless of the fees paid to the author. The only prerequisite is a complete surrender of all modified content to the developer, thereby eliminating the possibility that the modes get old in time and become incompatible with newer versions of the game. If the authors of modes do not work on support for newer versions, that is going to do Studio Wildcard team.

All awarded modes will be visible in a separate menu of the game starting from next update during the third month. In the first round winners are:
