Thief the movie is coming, and also a new game
In the near future we will get a movie adaptation of the Thief stealth series. Since the Thief is not well known for its story, and knowing that movies are not particularly good, it's hard that the movie lovers will go crazy after this news. However, it is interesting that with the movie will also come out a new game, Thief 5, or Thief: Something, as Thief 4 was one of those reboots that are called like the original even though it has nothing to do with it.
The news about the new game comes from the movie house itself, which works on film production. About the game we do not know anything literally, but if we're tied to the movie, we can expect a return to the steam-punk atmosphere and Garrett's reprizing the role of the protagonist.
As for the film, Adam Mason and Simon Boyes are working on the screenplay, and executive producer is Sandra Condito who has worked on films such as Sin City and Planet Terror.
