Free Paladins will soon throw away its Early Access clothing
An independent US development team Hi-Rez Studios recently boasted free-to-play hero shooter Paladins that is almost ready to discard a year-old Early Access clothing. In other words, free-to-play Paladins, which terribly reminds of the highly popular multiplayer shooter Overwatch, will be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles next week, May 8th.
"Even now, when Paladins is a million times more polished than it was at the start of Early Access, we do not consider [it] a truly "finished" product. We know there's still work to be done. We are going to keep polishing, keep refining, keep fixing bugs, and keep putting out awesome new content on a regular patch cycle," said Chris Larson, executive video producer of this game.
Simply put, as far as the developer is concerned, the release of Paladin from Early Access means only suspending all plans that would lead to some major changes in this title.
