PUBG suddenly has three times more players than Fortnite

To everyone is well-known the fact that the world functions in competition about who has bigger. Here, the creators of Fortnite and PUBG are competing for eternity to find out who has a bigger hit. According to all statistics, Fortnite has become the most watched game on Twitch, and Epic Games boasts that it counts 125 million registered players.

But that's not even for a lemonade, says PUBG Corp., a company that you would never guessed it - is behind the PUBG. Namely, PUBG has just went over 400 million players and has probably become the most playable game in the history of all games (after Tetris because Tetris is King).

Now, of course, PUBG as such does not have three times more players than Fortnite. You see, PUBG has on PC and Xbox One bought around 50 million people, which is a very enviable figure. But the other 350 million players played PUBG through a free mobile version that is a separate game, unlike Fortnite, which functions as the same game on all platforms.

The popularity of mobile PUBG is easy to explain in one word: China. The Chinese market is extremely fruitful for PUBG because first - there are players like Chinese, and second - the same players can not play Fortnite because it is still not available.

PUBG is therefore * successful * and finally can be sold at a lower price. After more than a year, how much it spent on the market, PUBG has just experienced its first discount in price on Steam. Temporarily, a total of ten euros, you can now get it for 20 euros.

It is worth noting that this Friday, June 22, the game gets its 15th patch, but more importantly its third map called Sanhok, 4×4 kilometers in size.
