Death Stranding is timed exclusive for PlayStation 4

Italian journalists Antonio Fucito who somehow has some insider knowledge has leaked the actual release date of the game in his tweet 24 hours before the official announcement. Recently during a live stream he said something interesting to talk about,
The PS4 cover didn’t have the “Only on PS” label because DS it’s coming to PC at a later date, that’s the deal signed between Kojima and Sony, the game will be a timed PS4 exclusive and will be available on PC later on (won’t be available on Xbox), I don’t know if it’s a 6 or 12 months exclusive.
No other version of the game has been announced other than PlayStation, but it seems like it will be eventually released on PC.
