Overwatch March 25 PTR update patch notes: Echo nerfed again

In summary, these are the new Nerfs coming to the upcoming DPS hero, Echo in the new Overwatch PTR as at 25 March 2020:

Sticky Bombs

  • Explosion damage reduced from 30 to 25

Duplicate

  • Ultimate cost increased by 16%
