Far Cry 6 Delayed Again - Still Releasing in 2021

In disappointing news for gamers already dealing with the delay of Cyberpunk 2077, Ubisoft announced that Far Cry 6 has been delayed and will no longer release in February 2021. While promising a 2021 release date later in the year, Ubisoft has not set a concrete release date. The company cites the current Covid-19 crisis as the reason for the delay as their teams cannot work as efficiently from home. The disappointing news comes on the heels of CD Projekt Red announcing their own delay of Cyberpunk 2077. Far Cry continues to be one of Ubisoft's best-selling franchises. While the delay is disappointing, gamers will surely still flock to the game once it is officially released.
