This is a giveaway from Ubisoft celebrating the chinese new year.
The giveaway will be valid until to claim until February 16th.
All you have to do is login into your Uplay account (Ubisoft connect) to claim the game.
You dont need a VPN or reside in china to claim it, seems to be a global freebie.
