As Deiland was given away for free at some time you might check your Steam library.

"If you have Deiland, the previous version of the original game, on your Steam Library, don’t worry. You won’t have to purchase it again. Just complete this form before the game releases and we’ll send a Steam key for Deiland: Pocket Planet for free!

About the keys, a dev replied in the topic "About you folks handing out keys via Google Forms" on Steam.
Question : Can you tell, when we should expect receive keys? before or after release?
Answer from the dev : We expect to have the keys ready around the release week (which is Q4 2021).

Update: The game recently got a firm release date: November 25th, 2021. 

The devs reiterated: "Remember that if you have the original version of the game on Steam, you won’t have to purchase it again. By just completing this form you will receive a Steam key for Deiland: Pocket Planet for free once the game releases"

" So appearantly the game got a minor 2 weeks delay to Dec 8, 2021, which is why codes were not being sent yet. The Switch port of the game is already out so the game is basically complete, I believe that's the date the codes will arrive to elgible users :) "

What to do now I'm stucked:

Before to fill in the form I need to login with a google account? -> but I only have hotmail account and is linked with steam too

Make a Google account , Its free and then on the form it will ask for your Steam Account User Name and Email Address , which you can use your hotmail one and to add a screenshot of the game in your Steam Accounts Library or from the games store page.

Confirmation email for Deiland: Pocket Planet

Good news! We are sending this email to confirm that your answers were properly registered in our form and you will receive your key for Deiland: Pocket Planet in your email account. 

We are still working in the publishing process before release, but once we have the keys ready we will let you know and send them right away.

In case you know someone who also owns the previous version of the original game and you will let them know about this, we will let the form open until the week before the release of the game, so anybody who had the previous game can have enough time to get the new version.

In the meanwhile, you can add the game to your whislist. It is a huge help for us besides you will get notified when it launches on Steam.

Also, we would like to let you know that our intend is not to keep your email addresses unless you give us permission. As you may know, we parted ways with our publisher and we are not able to update the original packages, so we had to come up with this "form" solution.

The game doesn't have a release date yet, and since you recieved in your email the confirmation, just give it a little bit more time.
They will send the codes to everyone pretty soon!
