This is an upgrade (the previous version was Pinball FX3), and will not be on Steam for a year.
You can purchase tables but the free version gives you 2 free tables which change daily. There are about 30+ tables available to purchase. See the list at https://www.pinballfx.com/?page_id=7115
You will not be able to use tables you already have from earlier versions of the game - that's not nice.
