I’ve logged into Alienware today. However, I don’t see the Dell rewards when logging into Dell.com. How long does it typically take for the $5 to come through?

Where does it appear? I don't see anything about 500 dell rewards or $5.

When you log into Dell.com it will be in the Dell rewards sections from what I’ve been told.

Isn't it supposed to appear on the alienware site first?
Rokrob27 - 06.11.2026 14:06:09
I am not sure which comes first. If you have a Dell & Alienware login with the same email it should credit automatically. However, I’ve logged in & haven’t seen anything show up on my Dell rewards page.

Or my Alienware rewards page. Not sure if it just takes some time or what the deal. Hence, the reason for my original post.

Dell Rewards is bugged for alot of people at the moment. When they updated the terms, they accidently wiped banked rewards from before the change. Since then, there have been no updates on the Dell site showing current balances.

I believe the $5 week Dell reward is given on Friday after 00:00 UTC. You'll need to determine what time that translates to for your particular time zone. For me, it's 5:00 PM tonight, since I'm in PST, which UTC minus 7 hours.

Shadouian is correct, you were told Thursday because it's still that for some timezones when UTC passes midnight, but you're one day too early now. Come back tomorrow and you won't miss it, it greets you when you log in.

<mention>BPHusker</mention> - If the pop-up doesn't appear automatically in your browser, then you can still click on the Alienware icon that appears in top-right corner for 24 hrs.

Thank you for the clarification on the timing. Appreciate you guys 💜
