Dude, so much thank you! I spent two hours trying to get it to work on en-US with multiple VPN's and finally got to one that worked for me: SetupVPN - Lifetime Free VPN...and then it refused to log me in and kicked me out. However, using your link with en-GB, I got in easy and got the game; Gosh, thank you; that took forever.

try to login first without vpn. then enable vpn. then refresh giveaway page. worked for me.
