Fortnite cheater... I mean Leaker massively Sued

A fortnite Leaker, Robert Sykes, on Twitter and possibly various other places recently openly made clear he/she was sharing what will be in the next fortnite update. 

Unfortunately the ux tester forgot about the nda agreement (in simple words you agree to test the program, software, game, etc., but are not allowed to say anything about the testing. Even after testing)

Now he is being sued and of course lost his ux testing privileges. 

Also fortnite's new content was also leaked by a glitch in the Italian Apple App Store. Will the Devs sue again?
